SILOS was born in 2016 with the idea that catering was not just about cooking, but about relationships. There's us, with our stories, the days of running, the service and the dinners shared in the after service.
We are a diverse and close-knit group, with different characters but the same passion for this job. In the dining room we move with empathy and in the kitchen we work with care and dialogue.
We like our guests to know our names, just as we learn theirs. Because the relationship that is created at the table is part of what makes this experience special for both the person eating and the person cooking.
