The Menu
Our menu changes according to the rhythm of the seasons, the harvests and the ideas that are born every day between the kitchen and the dining room. It is a cuisine seasonalmade with respect for the ingredient, attention to detail and a desire to tell something in each dish.
You will find flavours that speak of different territories, from North to South Italy, with inspirations that sometimes look elsewhere. But behind every dish there is a story.
We want to bring real flavours, emotional stories and authentic sensations to the table, without forcing it.
The Bistrot
We are in the Vanchiglia district of Turin, a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana.
Amidst the narrow streets full of shops, bars and restaurants, there is a lively atmosphere, made up of the people who frequent this corner of the city. This is where you will find us: with our bistro, where we offer a culinary experience that is unique in its own way.

We are an eclectic and fun group that does this job for passion.
In the dining room you will find Gabriele, Stefano and Michele, and in the kitchen chef Alessandro Di Bernardo, Alì, Gabriel and Sujoy.
Introducing ourselves with our names is as important to us as telling the stories of the dishes: we like the idea that we can connect with our guests and that they can feel that they are in the right place.
